| Our Childhood Ministry seeks to provide preschoolers and children with age-appropriate worship where they can belong to the family of God, grow in their relationship with Christ, learn to serve, and then share Christ in their world! We provide programs on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings, our various activities include KID's small groups, summer camp, and vacation Bible school. |

Preschool Ministry
The desire of the preschool ministry at Fortified Hills Baptist Church is to nurture the faith of the children entrusted to us each week. We pray that God will use this ministry to help children grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man. We will pursue this purpose in every aspect of the ministry: the curriculum we use, the way we live our lives, the way we train our teachers, and the programs we select.
Believing that God has called parents to disciple their children in the instruction of the Lord, we pray that we can partner with parents to nurture faith. From their earliest moments, we want our babies and preschoolers to know that God made them. God loves them, and God desires a relationship with them.

Check-In
Check- in is located on the preschool hall just off the main lobby to your left. Please see one of our staff at the check-in table to obtain a temporary ID card with a guest number on it, and a label for your child with the corresponding number. This card must be presented to your child's teacher in order to pick him up. One of our friendly staff will walk you and your child to his or her classroom door where you will sign him in on the sign-in sheet located on the door to the classroom.
Tips and Helpful Info
Your child will receive a light snack (please alert us to any food allergies), water, and a trip to the playground when weather permits. Please remember to pack your child's bottle, sippy cups, and comfort items and have them labeled. List any special instructions on the sign-in sheet and tell your child's teacher. |

MOPS is a place to find friendship, community, resources and support for you as a woman and mother so you are not alone. MOPS groups are communities that strive to meet the needs of every mom with children from birth through kindergarten. MOPS recognizes that urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be.
MOPS International Purpose Statement: MOPS International
exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers
to realize her potential as a woman, mother and
leader in the name of Jesus Christ.
First meeting is Friday, September 10, 9:30 a.m. at FHBC. Childcare provided during meetings. (Meetings schedule based on Paulding & Cobb counties’ school calendars). 2010 membership dues are $90.
